Occupational Health Specialist Needed for Telge AB

We are currently looking for an occupational health specialist for a consulting assignment with our client Telge AB.

• Scope: Full-time 100%
• Start: Immediately
• Duration: 9 months, possibly longer.

You will be employed by Poolia, but will work on-site with our client in Södertälje. Opportunity for remote work 1-2 days/week by agreement.

About the Position

The HR department at Telge AB is governing and supportive in both administrative and operational as well as strategic issues regarding organization, leadership and employee relations, occupational health, and competence supply. We work for the group as a whole and our clients are the companies' operations and their managers. Right now, we are increasing our focus on promoting and preventive occupational health work.

Your Main Responsibilities

As a temporary Occupational Health Specialist, you will be jointly responsible for the group's strategies, policies/guidelines, and working methods within the area of occupational health. You will be responsible for monitoring the implementation and compliance of these in the companies and for ongoing development of them in line with laws and internal and external requirements. The work is both governing, consultative, and needs-based with managers as the primary customers/target group.

• Challenge and improve processes and working methods based on analyses of outcomes, trends, and external factors.
• Support and coach managers in systematic occupational health work and compliance with legal requirements.
• Reporting and analysis of occupational health key figures and active remedial work based on status, both at company and group level.
• Support for managers and employees by developing, providing, conducting, and enhancing training in various forms and channels within the area of responsibility.
• Participate in the planning and execution of internal and external audits regarding occupational health.
• Contribute to realizing our initiated plan regarding the development of occupational health work.
• Operational support to users in our IT systems related to occupational health such as ENIA, Notisum, and Stratsys.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Academic degree in HR or occupational health, or equivalent relevant education.
• At least 3 years of experience from a similar role or operations.
• Experience in developing and simplifying processes.
• Proficient in system use and see digitalization as a natural part of creating effective processes.
• Familiar with and preferably use statistics and data in decision-making.
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing, good knowledge of English.
• Experience and knowledge of basic occupational health regulations and common occupational health risks.
• Experience supporting managers in investigations of incidents (accidents, near misses).
• Work according to the requirements of ISO 45001, preferably in a certified organization.

Communication:

• Conveys information clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing, and communicates with a diversity perspective. Informs, motivates, and influences others to choose different options.
• High ability for independence, innovative thinking, and decision-making based on overarching goals and strategies.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of IT support ENIA, Notisum, Stratsys, Sharepoint, Notisum legal monitoring.
• Experience in requirement specification during procurement (occupational health requirements) and follow-up of these requirements.

You need to have a B driver's license, manual transmission.
